Consistency and Generalisation of 3D Geo Data
One key activity is the preservation of consistency for geometric world models. In contrast to high precision photogrammetric measuring systems, multi purpose low cost sensors carried by potential nexus clients shall be used.
Another focus is on the situation dependent generalisation of 3D city models. The geometric emphasis of landmarks results in spatial conflicts that must be resolved without disturbing the characteristics of the surrounding area. |
